All our quotations are based on the "Ex-works" term. A quotation will be emailed or faxed to you as soon as possible, usually within two China working days, you are of course under no obligation to accept the quotation

Postage is calculation by the weight of your order with certain packing , we will inform you the postage and its delivery day after we receive your purchase order.

We accept T/T, All charges are made in China RMB and credit card (payment) all banking charges and interest are for buyer’s account, Overseas customers please note the conversion to your currency will be by our bank, at the rate ruling at the time of shipment, which could be different than at the time of ordering.

We warranted to the defects in material and workmanship or missing parts will be free from us when you received our parcel and find the above matter, Due to this condition ESKY will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective component free of charge including transportation fees. However, this warranty does not apply to any products which have been improperly installed, handled, abused, damaged in a crash, or to any unit which has been repaired or altered by unauthorized agencies.

In the event that service is required, send your products for factory servicing with your bill of sale.

Ship your equipment in a proper package fully insured and prepaid. ESKY is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. Include a complete description of the equipment returned (model number, serial number, quantity etc.) and describe the problem and action you with taken.  We will at our discretion, notify you of repair costs before returning your equipment. You are required to pay all postage (Transportation fees), shipping and insurance charges.
